Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of trumpcards.art (the "Site") and any purchase from Trump Cards, a Wyoming [entity type, e.g. LLC] ("we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

Trump Cards are physical collectibles cut from 1 mm 304 stainless steel and laser engraved. The Genesis Limited Edition has 370 cards, serials G000–G369. No serial will ever be reissued. Each card also carries a Bitcoin wallet funded with 100,000 satoshis ("sats"). The wallet's recovery seed is engraved on the card under a holographic tamper-evident sticker. The sats are a promotional inclusion with a physical collectible. They are not a security, an investment, or a promise of any return.

2. Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy. You agree not to:

• interfere with the Site, probe it, scrape it, or overload it;
• try to reach admin areas or other people's data;
• use bots to reserve or buy serials;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

We may refuse or cancel orders that break these Terms.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

• Price: $200 USD per card plus $10 shipping. Taxes are added where they apply.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Serial selection: each serial is one of a kind. If two buyers check out for the same serial at the same moment, only the first completed payment gets it. The other buyer is not charged, or is refunded in full.
• All sales are final; no returns will be accepted: no refunds, returns, or exchanges (see section 5).
• Order confirmation: an order is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Pricing errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be cancelled and refunded.

4. Shipping

5. All sales are final, no returns accepted

All sales are final, and no returns will be accepted. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any order, including the physical card and the sats it carries. Please choose your serial carefully before you pay. The only exceptions are the cases above where we cancel an order ourselves, such as a serial already claimed by another buyer or a pricing error. In those cases you are not charged, or you get a full refund.

6. The Bitcoin component: your responsibility

• The seed was generated on an air-gapped computer, engraved, and then destroyed. We keep no copy and cannot recover, replace, or reissue it.
• Once delivered, you alone are responsible for the card, the seed, and the funds. If the card is lost, stolen, damaged, photographed, or exposed, the funds may be lost permanently.
• The value of bitcoin swings widely and can fall to zero. We make no representation about its value.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not a wallet provider, exchange, or custodian.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's designs, artwork, text, and engravings belong to Trump Cards or its licensors. Buying a card gives you ownership of that physical card. It gives you no rights to reproduce the designs.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Small variations in finish, engraving, and color are a natural part of laser work on steel. About the name. "Trump Cards" comes from the phrase "trump card," meaning the card that beats all others. The name does not refer to any person, the artwork does not depict any real person, and Trump Cards is a Wyoming business, and our products are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any person, brand, or organization.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost funds caused by seed exposure, loss, or bitcoin price changes. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes go to the courts of [COUNTY], Wyoming [or: binding arbitration].

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when they were placed.
