Privacy Policy

Trump Cards, a Wyoming business ("we"), runs trumpcards.art. This policy explains what we collect and why. In short, we collect only what we need, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Launch notification list: your email address, or your phone number if you check the box agreeing to text alerts, plus which signup form you used and when you signed up.
• Contact form messages: your name, email, optional order or serial number, topic, and message.
• Orders: your name, shipping address, email, the serial you bought, and the order status. Stripe collects your payment details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
• Cookies: visitors get no tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. The only cookie the Site sets is a sign-in cookie for our own administrators.

How we use it

If you join the notify list, we use your email or phone number to send you launch notifications. We use the information we collect only to share information about Trump Cards products and to contact you about Trump Cards products, plus to process and ship orders, answer your messages, and keep the Site secure. We never use it for any other purpose.

We do not sell or share your contact information with anyone. The only outside companies that handle it are the service providers that run the Site for us (listed below), and they may use it only to provide that service to us. We don't use your data for automated decisions or profiling.

Your legal rights

All information we collect is handled within the limits of the privacy laws that apply to you and to us, and we will honor every right those laws give you.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers who run the Site:

• Stripe (payments)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Neon (database)
• our shipping carrier

We may also disclose data when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Text messages

If you opted in, we may text you about the launch and Trump Cards releases. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying.

Email

Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time.

Retention

We keep notify-list entries until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, or until [X months] after the last edition launches. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently about [7] years.

Your choices & rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by contacting support@trumpcards.art or using our Contact page. We'll respond within [30] days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have further rights, and we will honor them.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 [16 in some regions], and we do not knowingly collect their data. Purchases require you to be 18 or older.

Security

We use HTTPS, restricted admin access, and providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure.
